- During the tour, it is sufficient to carry Euro in order to make purchases and spend in all countries included in the program. In regions where local currency is used, our guide will assist with currency conversion. - Throughout the trip, comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred. It is advisable to carry a cardigan or similar clothing for the evenings. - In our tours, seat rotation (change of seats) is applied daily, and a fixed seat or front seat guarantee is not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide. - When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum 3-day stay to bring items (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.) into the country. - Duty-free shopping limit upon entry to Turkey: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of spirits (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), 2 liters of spirits (including spirits with 22% or less alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 pieces, Chocolate and Candy: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg. - The guide may change the program based on weather and road conditions, provided that all locations mentioned in the program are shown. - Guests registering for the tour have the right to free cancellation up to 30 days before the tour. If less than 30 days remain until the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, 100% penalty applies. Certificates from hospitals, work permits, or other documents from Turkey, and cancellations of hotel stays and services outside Turkey are unfortunately not accepted. - Our tour program runs with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved, the final cancellation notice will be issued 20 days before the tour departure date. Vietravel will inform participants if the tour is canceled due to insufficient attendance. - In cases where only category information is provided without specific hotel names or where options are available for the same destination, hotels will be announced by Vietravel 2 days prior to the departure. - During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located beyond the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Vietravel at least 15 days before the departure date. - Triple rooms are available depending on hotel availability, and the third bed in such rooms is smaller than standard beds and consists of a large bed plus an additional folding or coach bed. Participants acknowledge this when making reservations for 3rd persons or children. Children discounts apply for a single child sharing with two adults within the specified age group. - Services included in the tour program: hotel breakfast, which generally is a continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, served in a separate room reserved for groups. - Panoramic city tours included in the tour package cover general introductions to the cities, and are conducted from the vehicle with a guide narration, without entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites. These tours are subject to local authority approvals, weather conditions, and may be altered or canceled. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot if roads or access points are closed. - During travel, waiting times at border crossings may exceed standard durations; Viyatravel is not responsible for any negative consequences resulting from these delays. - Extra tours are organized by local Viyatravel with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number of participants is not met, excursions may be canceled or prices and content may change depending on the number of participants or available vehicles. The dates and times may also be changed according to the accessibility of attractions and weather conditions. - Participation in extra tours is optional. Passengers who choose not to join these tours agree to wait at a designated rest stop on the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a designated point before the tour begins and picked up after it ends. - For air-inclusive tours, check-in and boarding are personal procedures to be completed by guests at the airport, either at counter or online, prior to flight departure. - Viyatravel is not responsible for guests who fail to be present at the specified time and location, fail to check-in or board on time, or who miss their flight. Those who miss the flight are responsible for obtaining new tickets and covering any transfer costs. - Viyatravel acts as an intermediary with the airline and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Flight delays or schedule changes may occur before or during the tour, and Viyatravel will notify guests of such changes as soon as possible. Guests accept the risk of schedule alterations when purchasing the tour. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes or service fees. - Our vehicle types are classified based on the number of passengers: Buses (used for 25-46 people): Mercedes Travego/Tourismo, NEOPLAN Cityliner/Tourliner, Temsa Safir/Maraton, Man Fortuna; Midibuses (used for 17-24 people): Isuzu Turkuaz, Otokar Mega; Minibuses (up to 16 persons): VW Volt, Mercedes Sprinter. - All guests are deemed to accept the above terms when purchasing the tour.
