Tour Program
Day 1 Istanbul – Tbilisi
Meeting at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departure Terminal. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, depart for Tbilisi at 00:15 with Ajet Airlines flight number VF227. Arrive in Tbilisi at local time 03:50. After passport, baggage, and customs procedures; Following our arrival, we will start our city tour to explore Tbilisi, the capital and largest city of Georgia, located on the banks of the Mtkhvari River, founded in the 5th century by King Vakhtang Gorgasali. The city fascinates its visitors with its historical texture and colorful architecture. During our city tour, we will panoramically view Shota Rustaveli Avenue, one of Tbilisi's main arteries, then proceed to Freedom Square and the Old Town area. Here, we will visit the statue of King Vakhtang Gorgasali, take a photo break in the Abanotubani area, famous for its sulfur baths, and visit Shardeni Street, one of Tbilisi's liveliest points. Continuing our tour, we will also have a panoramic view of the Bridge of Peace, which is noted for its modern architecture and designed by an Italian architect. Guests who wish can take the cable car to Narikala Fortress to view Tbilisi from a bird's eye view, with the chance to photograph the Antic fortress, Old Town, Mtkhvari River and modern Tbilisi landscape (10USD). After the city tour, we will have free time. Guests who wish can visit the Tbilisi Wine Museum, located in a historical caravanserai from the 17th century, to learn about Georgia's 8,000-year wine culture and can join a guided wine tasting (20 USD). In the evening, for guests who wish, a traditional Georgian Night will be organized at a restaurant, accompanied by national Georgian cuisine, folkloric dances, and live music (55USD). After the tour, we proceed to our hotel for accommodation. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 Tbilisi
After the breakfast to be taken at the hotel, a half-day trip to Mtskheta, the former capital of Georgia and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is offered for guests who wish, accompanied by our guide (59USD). During this trip, we will visit Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, considered one of the spiritual symbols of Georgia and considered a masterpiece of medieval architecture; then we will go up to Jvari Monastery located on a hill to see the unique panoramic view where the Aragvi and Mtkvari rivers meet.
After returning to Tbilisi, while the free time continues, guests who wish may join an evening boat tour on the Mtkvari River (35 USD).
In the later hours of the day, guests who wish can visit the Georgia Chronicles Monument located on the Tbilisi Airport road, reflecting Georgia’s rich history (25 USD). Designed by sculptor Zurab Tsereteli, this monumental structure stands out with its giant stone columns depicting Christianity and the history of the Georgian kingdom. There is also an opportunity to view the surroundings panoramically from the monument area.

Day 3 Tbilisi
After breakfast at the hotel, a full-day trip to the city of Gori, located in the heart of Georgia and prominent for its historical texture, is offered for guests who wish, accompanied by our guide (98 USD). During this trip, a brief walk will be made in the streets of Gori, one of the important cities in Georgian history, to closely experience the local atmosphere. Following our tour, we will visit the ancient rock city of Uplistsikhe, which dates back to the 1st millennium BC, carved into cliffs. This area is one of Georgia’s most impressive archaeological sites with its pagan temples, tunnels, and halls, and will allow us free time to enjoy the unique views of the surrounding valley. During the trip, guests who wish may also visit the Stalin Museum, which contains Joseph Stalin’s birthplace (18 USD). During the museum tour, Stalin's personal belongings, his preserved childhood home, and remarkable exhibits from the Soviet period will be seen.

- To make purchases and expenditures in all the countries included in the itinerary, it is sufficient to carry Euros. The guide will assist with currency exchange in areas where local currency is used.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to have a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
- On our tours, there is a daily rotation in seat planning, and a fixed seat or front seat guarantee is not provided. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide.

- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a requirement of at least 3 days of accommodation to bring items (such as alcohol - cigarettes, etc.)

- Guides on the tour program may make changes in the program flow as long as all places mentioned in the program are shown, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel for free up to 30 days before the tour. If less than 30 days remain before the tour date, a 30% penalty will be applied; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty will apply. Cancellation requests along with provided documents such as hospital reports, work permit documents, etc., from authorities in Turkey are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services outside Turkey.

Our Tour Program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last notification date for cancellation will be 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated by Viyatravel.

-In cases where only category information is provided without specifying hotel names and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotels will be informed by Viyatravel 2 days prior to the trip.
-During periods like fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified distances. In such cases, Viyatravel will inform you 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to availability and in such rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are of the type referred to as folding and coach beds, the tour participants agree to the potential tightness and type of bed that may occur in the rooms for 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply only for a single child with age-appropriate classification accompanying 2 adults.

-Breakfasts included in the tour program in the hotel are usually served according to the breakfast culture of the respective country, generally consisting of limited menu items such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated for the group.
-Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for the general introduction of the cities and are a maximum of 2-3 hours long, made with storytelling from the vehicle without including museum or site entrance fees. Viyatravel is not responsible if the panoramic tours are not conducted due to closure of roads, prohibitions on entering sites, or impossibility caused by weather conditions during the specified tours, including other tours listed in the program. Some tours may take place via public transport or on foot if access to closed roads or prohibited entry points is required.

The waiting times at customs crossings conducted by road may exceed standard durations; Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for negative experiences arising from these waiting periods.
-Extra tours are organized by local Viyatravel with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient number is not achieved, the excursions cannot be conducted, or extra tour prices, contents, and the vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and sites to be visited and weather conditions.
- Participation in extra tours is at the discretion of the participant and is not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest area along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a rest area on the road before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the drop-off point after the tour finishes.
- For those participating in tours by plane, check-in and boarding procedures must be carried out personally by the guest at the airport or online through the airline’s website before the flight.

- Those who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated by Viyatravel, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these procedures but do not board the plane are not Viyatravel's responsibility for not being able to realize their flight. Passengers who miss their flights are responsible for all expenses related to the new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area to be included in the tour.

Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be delays in scheduled and charter flights, or hours may change before the existing trip and flight. Viyatravel is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. Passengers accept the risk of time changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.

-In all our flights, the weight of your luggage should not exceed 23 kg.
-Cabin baggage that you wish to carry should meet the size and weight limits that fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat. These dimensions are set at 40x20x55 cm and 8 kg.
-All guests are deemed to have accepted the above-mentioned items when the tour sale is completed.
