Day 1 - ISTANBUL - MOSCOW
Meeting at 06:00 at the Turkish Airlines counter in the International Terminal of Istanbul Airport. After check-in and passport procedures, we will depart to Moscow at 09:10 with Turkish Airlines flight TK417. Upon arrival in Moscow at 13:00 local time, we will have a panoramic city tour. During the city tour, we will see Leningrad Avenue, Tverskaya Avenue, the Parliament Building, the Bolshoi Theatre, Lubyanka Square, the KGB Headquarters, St. Basil's Cathedral, Red Square, GUM Shopping Center, Christ the Savior Cathedral, and the Council Building among the panoramic sights. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel and dinner. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2 - MOSCOW
After breakfast at our hotel, we will optionally visit the NOVODEVICHY Cemetery, where the poet NAZIM HIKMET and many prominent state figures and artists of Russian history are buried, followed by METRO + ARBAT tours. After the tour, transfer back to the hotel for dinner. After dinner, those who wish can join the optional MOSCOW UNDER THE LIGHTS tour. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 - MOSCOW
After breakfast, we will optionally take the “KREMLIN” tour. After our tour, we will head towards the port where our ship is waiting. After boarding and settling into our cabins, our ship will set sail. At the designated time, there will be an informational meeting regarding the ports we will call at, the waterways we will navigate, and the working system of the locks. In the evening, we will join the captain's welcome cocktail. Dinner and overnight on the ship.
Day 4 - UGLICH
After breakfast, you can participate in onboard activities or enjoy the beauty of the Volga River from the upper deck. After lunch, our ship will arrive in Uglich. In this charming city by the Volga, we will take a complimentary walking tour where we will see the Transfiguration Cathedral in the Old Kremlin Square and the Church of Dmitry on the Blood, built at the site where the Terrible Ivan's son Dimitri died at the age of 9. The ship will depart at 18:00. Dinner and overnight on the ship.
Day 5 - GORITSY / KIRILOV
After breakfast, you can participate in various activities on board and enjoy the scenery of the Volga River from the deck. After lunch, we will arrive in Goritsy. Known as a picturesque and quiet village in Russia, Goritsy has a small port by the river. You will get to immerse yourself in the simplicity of this small and charming village while exploring its medieval atmosphere. This area is also an important center for early Christianity in Russia, thus reflecting the spiritual life of many monasteries and monks. Upon arrival at this beautiful village by the river, we will head to Kirilov, located 10 km away by bus. After visiting the monastery in the town, we will return to the village. We will have free time to explore the village and shop. At the designated time, we will return to the ship for departure. While the ship sails through the northern forests of Russia, enjoy the beautiful scenery from the upper deck while sipping coffee. Dinner and overnight on the ship.
Day 6 - KIZHI
After breakfast, you can participate in onboard activities and enjoy the beauty of Lake Onega. After lunch, at 17:00, we will arrive in Kizhi. Located on the 60th parallel north within Lake Onega, this island is an open-air museum and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. During our free walking tour in Kizhi, we will see the wooden Church of the Transfiguration with its 22 domes, which looks like a fairytale and was built without using any nails, as well as old wooden houses that reflect past village life and we will get information about the history of the village and island. After the tour, there will be free time on the island. Then we will return to the ship, and the ship will set sail at 20:30. Dinner and overnight on the ship.
Day 7 - MANDROGİ
Breakfast on board, and at 10:30 we will arrive in Mandrogi. This vibrant village with colorful Russian wooden houses offers free time. Here, you can walk in nature, visit the mini zoo, the souvenir shops located in beautiful wooden buildings, and souvenir workshops. There is also a small vodka museum here. (Entrance fee applies) After lunch, the ship will set sail. While our ship navigates through the northern forests of Russia, enjoy the beautiful scenery. Tonight, you will be hosted at the Captain's Gala Dinner. Overnight on the ship.
Day 8 - VALAAM
After breakfast on board, we will arrive in Valaam. Located north of Lake Ladoga, Valaam archipelago has a unique beauty with its nature and historical monasteries. During our walking tour on the largest island of the archipelago, we will explore historical buildings from the 14th century and the stunning natural beauty of the island. Valaam holds significant importance in Orthodox Christianity and we will learn about the various historical events that the island and region have witnessed along with information about the monasteries and religious centers here. After the tour, we will return to the ship and depart for St. Petersburg. Tonight, you will be hosted at the Captain's Gala Dinner. Overnight on the ship.
Day 9 - ST. PETERSBURG
After breakfast, we will arrive in St. Petersburg. After disembarking procedures, we will start our city tour with our luggage. During our tour, we will see the Alexander Nevsky Monastery, Nevsky Prospect street, Strogonov Palace, Palace Square, Winter Palace, St. Isaac's Cathedral, Smolny Monastery, Anichkov Palace and Bridge, and the Church of St. Alexander II. After the tour, those who wish can optionally join the "HERMITAGE MUSEUM" and again those who wish can optionally join the "CANAL" tours. Afterward, transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 10 - ST. PETERSBURG
After breakfast at the hotel, check-out procedures and transfer to the airport. After the return flight, the end of our tour.

- Visa fee: Russia applies a visa requirement for ordinary (normal) passports. To participate in the Volga Tour, an online electronic visa must be obtained. The visa fee is 100 Euro per person. A visa is not required for a green passport. Regardless of passport type, a passport is required for entry into Russia, which must be valid for at least 6 months from the end of the tour, undamaged, and without any tears in the stitching.

- The shipping company, airline, and train company reserve the right to make these changes.
- The operating days and hours of museums and archaeological sites mentioned in the program may vary.
- Travel documents and plane tickets are sent to guests 48 hours prior to the trip. Participants are required to read and check these tickets and the information contained therein.
- Due to river water levels, port condition changes, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances, the shipping company reserves the right to make changes to the program. Accordingly, the ports to be visited, arrival and departure times may change depending on river traffic.
- The agency is not responsible for passengers who do not arrive at the specified airport or port at the times indicated by our agency, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures on time but cannot board the plane or ship. All expenses for new round-trip plane tickets or transportation to the port where the ship will dock, as well as transfers in the destination region for passengers who miss the flight or ship are their own responsibility.
- Information regarding the departure times of the ships is announced within the ship or communicated via information boards. Guests are responsible for following this information. In case of missing the ship's departure, all expenses for continuing the journey by boarding the ship from a different port or for returning after interrupting the trip are the responsibility of the passenger. No refund of the tour fee will be made in case the trip is interrupted.
- For international trips, it is mandatory to have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date of termination of the trip. Passengers' passports must not be damaged/worn/torn and must have blank visa pages. Passengers are required to fulfill all legal obligations necessary for entry into the countries to be visited. In case of non-compliance with these rules, passengers are personally responsible for any damages arising from being denied boarding at airports.
- Passengers participating in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, and suitcases, and the agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In case of finding forgotten items, all costs incurred during their delivery to the country and/or individual are the responsibility of the item owner.
- Accommodation on the ship starts with dinner on the first day and ends with breakfast on the last day.
- In Russia, museums, archaeological sites, and main squares and arteries of cities can be closed by the government without prior notice. In this case, the right to change and cancel the planned tours (city tours, extra tours) is at the discretion of the ship management and the guide. This situation is unforeseeable.
- Extra tour buses are only for guests who have participated in the extra tour, and guests who do not participate in the tours cannot benefit from these buses.
- The programs and days of tours and extra tours in Moscow and St. Petersburg may change depending on the museums and archaeological sites. Some tours can be combined.
Cancellation Conditions
There is a penalty-free cancellation right until 90 days before the tour departure date (The penalty-free cancellation right until 90 days before departure applies only to the cruise part. Ticket cuttings for the flight will be reflected separately).
A 50% penalty applies between 89 days – 60 days.
An 80% penalty applies between 59 days – 45 days.
A 100% penalty applies between 44 days and the day of the trip.
