Day 1 - ISTANBUL - St. PETERSBURG
Meet at Istanbul Airport, International Terminal, Turkish Airlines counter at 05:00. After check-in and passport procedures, we will fly to St. Petersburg on Turkish Airlines flight TK401, departing at 08:15. Arrival in St. Petersburg at 11:50 local time and afterwards, we will organize a free panoramic city tour of St. Petersburg, which includes sights such as Moskovski Prospekt, Nevski Prospekt street, Strogonov Palace, Palace Square, Winter Palace, St. Isaac's Cathedral, Anichkov Palace and Bridge, and the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood. After the tour, transfer to our hotel, check-in procedures, and room distribution. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.
 
Day 2 - St. PETERSBURG (EMBARKATION ON THE SHIP)
After breakfast at the hotel and check-out procedures, guests who wish can join the extra Hermitage Museum tour. The Hermitage, one of the most important art museums in the world, consists of five buildings. In addition to the Winter Palace, which was once the residence of Russian emperors and empresses, this complex houses the magnificent collection of the art museum founded by Empress Catherine and developed over the years, and is recognized as one of the world's remarkable museums. After the museum visit, enjoy free time in the city center, where you can explore the cafes on Nevski Prospekt. After gathering at the specified time, we will transfer to our ship. After check-in and settling into cabins, there will be an informative meeting providing details about the ports we will visit, the waterways we will navigate, and the swimming pool systems. Departure of the ship at 19:00. Welcome cocktail to meet the Captain and the ship's crew. Dinner and overnight stay on our ship.
 
Day 3 - VALAAM
After breakfast on the ship, we arrive at Valaam. Located to the north of Lake Ladoga, the Valaam archipelago is known for its extraordinary beauty with its nature and historical monasteries. During our walking tour on Valaam, the largest of the islands, we will explore the historical structures dating back to the 14th century and the island’s magnificent natural beauty. Valaam holds great significance in Orthodox Christianity. We will learn about the history of the island and the region, which has witnessed many historical events, and its monasteries and religious centers. After the tour, return to the ship and set sail.
 
Day 4 - MANDROGİ
After breakfast on the ship, we arrive at Mandrogi at 10:30. Mandrogi is a green village filled with colorful Russian wooden houses where we have free time. You can take a walk in the open air, visit the mini zoo, gift shops housed in beautiful wooden buildings, and souvenir workshops. There is also a small vodka museum here (entry fee applies). After lunch, our ship will set sail. Enjoy the beautiful scenery as our ship navigates through Russia's northern forests. Dinner and overnight stay on our ship.
 
Day 5 - KİJİ
After breakfast, you can participate in onboard activities or enjoy the beauty of Lake Onega. After lunch, we arrive at Kiji at 17:00. Located above the 60th parallel within Lake Onega, this island is an open-air museum and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. During our free Kiji walking tour, we will see the wooden Church of the Transfiguration, which has 22 domes and is made without the use of nails, and the old wooden village houses, learning about life in the village and island from past periods. After the tour, we will have free time on the island. Then, return to our ship and set sail at 20:30. Dinner and overnight stay on our ship.
 
Day 6 - GORİTSİ / KİRİLOV
After breakfast, you can participate in various activities on the ship and enjoy the views of the Volga River from the deck. After lunch, we arrive in Goritsi, a picturesque and tranquil village known for its quaint riverside port. You will discover the simplicity of this charming little village and explore the medieval atmosphere. This area is also known as an important center for early Christianity in Russia, hence it reflects the spiritual life of the monks and many monasteries. Upon arrival in this lovely village, we will transfer by bus to Kirilov, which is located 10 km away. After visiting the monastery in the town, we will return to the village. We will have free time to explore and shop. At the designated time, return to the ship and set sail. While enjoying your coffee on the upper deck, you can admire the stunning views along the river. Dinner and overnight stay on our ship.
 
Day 7 - UGLİÇ
After breakfast, you can participate in onboard activities or enjoy the views of the Volga River from the upper deck. After lunch, our ship arrives in Ugliç. In this lovely town on the banks of the Volga, we will have a free Ugliç walking tour, which includes the Cathedral of the Transfiguration located in the Old Kremlin Square and the Dmitry on the Blood Church built at the site where the son of the notorious Ivan died at the age of 9. The ship will set sail at 18:00. Tonight, you will be treated to the Captain's farewell dinner. Overnight stay on our ship.
 
Day 8 - MOSCOW
After breakfast, we will have time for preparations before check-out procedures from the ship. Around lunch time, our ship arrives in Moscow. After disembarking, we will take a panoramic city tour of Moscow, which includes sights such as Leningrad Avenue, Triumph Palace, one of the tallest buildings in Europe, Tverskaya Street, the Parliament Building, the Bolshoi Theatre, Lubyanka Square, KGB Headquarters, St. Basil's Cathedral, Red Square, GUM Shopping Center, Christ the Savior Cathedral, and the House of Government. During the city tour, guests who wish can join the optional Kremlin + 2 Cathedrals tour. Then we will transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
 
Day 9 - MOSCOW
After breakfast at the hotel, we will check out and take our luggage to leave the hotel. Guests who wish can join the optional Novodevichy, Metro + Arbat tour. After the tours, we will gather at the designated time to transfer to Moscow Airport by bus. After check-in and passport procedures, we will depart for Istanbul Airport on Turkish Airlines flight TK416 at 19:35. Arrival in Istanbul at 23:00 local time and the end of our tour.

  • The company will not be held responsible for any changes in time and date made by the cruise, airline company, and train service.

  • The working days and hours of the museums and historical sites mentioned in the program may vary.
  • Travel documents and plane tickets will be delivered to guests 48 hours prior to the trip. Participants are obliged to read and check these tickets and the information included.
  • Due to river water levels, port conditions, weather, and unforeseen circumstances, the cruise company has the right to make changes to the program. Accordingly, the ports of call, arrival, and departure times may change based on river traffic.
  • Passengers who are not present at the airport or the port where the ship will dock at the times specified by our agency, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who have completed the procedures but are unable to board the plane or ship, will not be the responsibility of our agency if they cannot complete the journey. All costs for new plane tickets, transport to the ship, and transfers in the region required for passengers who miss their flights or ships are their own responsibility.
  • The departure times of the ships are announced or posted on information boards on the ship. Guests are responsible for following this information. In case of missing the ship's departure, all costs incurred for boarding the ship from a different port or for returning home will be the responsibility of the passenger. No refund will be made for the tour fee if the trip is cut short.
  • For international trips, it is mandatory to have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip and legally valid. Passports must be undamaged, not worn out, and have blank visa pages. Passengers are responsible for fulfilling any legal obligations necessary to enter the destination countries. The responsibility for passengers not being allowed to board flights at airports due to non-compliance with these rules rests with them.
  • Personal belongings, bags, and luggage of passengers participating in the tour are their own responsibility. Our agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items. All costs incurred for delivering found items to the country or person will be borne by the item owner.
  • Full board accommodation on the ship starts with dinner on the first day and ends with breakfast on the last day.
  • In Russia, museums, historical sites, and city squares can be closed by the state without prior notice. In this case, the right to change or cancel scheduled tours (city tour, extra tour) is at the discretion of the ship management and the guide. This situation cannot be anticipated.
  • Extra tour buses are only for guests who have participated in the extra tours; those who do not participate cannot use these buses.
  • The programs and days of tours and extra tours in Moscow and St. Petersburg may vary depending on museums and historical sites. Some tours may be conducted as combined tours.
Cancellation Conditions
There is a right to cancel without penalty up to 90 days before the tour departure (only applicable for the cruise part, ticket fee deductions will be charged additionally)
50% penalty applies between 89-60 days
80% penalty applies between 59-45 days
100% penalty applies between 44 days and the day of tour departure
