1st Day: Bodrum – Kos Island

Our tour starts with a meeting at Bodrum Port or in front of Bodrum Castle. After completing customs procedures, we reach Kos Island with a ferry ride that lasts approximately 45 minutes. After completing our customs procedures at Kos Port, we begin our city tour of Kos with our waiting vehicle.

First, we visit Kos Port, the city center, Bar Street, and Kos Castle. On this island, where the important figure in the history of medicine, Hippocrates, was born, we see the Hippocratic Tree, under which he used to teach his students and which has become a symbol of the city. This ancient plane tree, which was built in the 14th century, is one of the most striking structures on the island. Then we explore Lozia and Defterdar Mosques, the Agora and the New Agora, as well as Eleftherias Square. After a lunch break with a view of the port, we offer free time for our guests who wish to shop.

After our exploration, we transfer to our hotel and complete our check-in procedures. Then we have free time.

2nd Day: Kos Island

After breakfast, there is free time for the entire day.

Our guests who wish can explore the island on their own or enjoy the sea, sun, and the Aegean. They can shop in the city center of Kos, where they can find handmade soaps, olive oil products, and souvenirs in local boutiques. If you prefer, you can enjoy a pleasant time sipping Greek coffee in the cafes around the port or experience the lively atmosphere of Bar Street.

In the evening, our guide offers the opportunity to participate in the extra program “Greek Tavern and Sirtaki Night” (65 EUR). We will have an unforgettable evening with live music, Greek mezes, and dancing.

3rd Day: Kos Island

After breakfast, there is free time for the entire day.

Our guests who wish can enjoy the sun and sea at the beautiful beaches of Kos, while those who want can take pleasant walks in the town center, discovering its historical streets, or spend time in cafes and restaurants. Free time is also available for shopping or tasting local delicacies.

4th Day: Kos Island – Bodrum

After breakfast at the hotel, we have free time and complete our check-out procedures by vacating our rooms. *** The latest time for returning room keys to reception is between 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM.**

At the time determined by our guide, we will transfer to Kos port for our return journey. After customs procedures, we head to Bodrum and say goodbye until your next trip.

  • The Visa on Arrival Program is a fast and facilitated visa application provided by the Greek authorities for Turkish citizens who will make short-term tourist visits to certain Greek islands.

The visa issued within this program does not have the status of a Schengen visa. It is only valid on the Greek island you will visit and is issued for maximum of 6 nights, 7 days with single entry-exit. During the visa period, you can only stay on the island you entered; inter-island transitions are not allowed. At the end of the visit, exit must also be made from the same island.

  • Visa on Arrival is not concluded in advance like a Schengen visa.
    After the application file is prepared, the passenger leaves from Turkish ports without a visa.
    The final decision is made at the customs point of the relevant Greek island on the travel day.
  • Usually, no information is given before travel.
    However, in some negative cases, information may come that the application has been rejected 2-3 days before departure.
  • No justification is provided for rejected applications.
    Moreover, visa fees are non-refundable.

 


Important Notices:

  • The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry and must contain at least 2 blank pages.
  • The following passengers will not be granted a visa on arrival:
    • Those who have previously received rejection from Greece,
    • Those with entry to the TRNC in their passport,
    • Those who obtained their passport from the Turkish Consulate in the TRNC.
  • The visa on arrival is only valid for the island applied for.
    Transfers to other islands are not allowed.

General Information:

  • Due to the fact that our package tours are aimed at abroad, guests are responsible for their foreign language proficiency.
  • Before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international calls.
     
  • During your trip, please ensure that you have taken all your belongings before temporarily or permanently leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you are using. The agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
     
  • The tour program and general conditions and obligations present in the program must be communicated to the guests at the time of reservation/registration. Our agency is not responsible for complaints that may arise from this information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
  • In cases where the hotel(s) are given by category information only without specifying names and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the travel movement. The agency reserves the right to change the names of the hotels, provided that the category remains the same.
     
  • Because hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract and the guest has purchased the tour accepting the HOTEL CHANGE.
     
  • Triple rooms are provided according to the availability of the hotels. In triple rooms, an extra bed application is made, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms, and if there is a suitable room in the hotels, a blockage will be made by the hotel according to availability.
     
  • The hotels offer a continental breakfast, not a Turkish breakfast. A continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee with fruit juice.
     
  • Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
     
  • Our programs include a local guide at the destination as well as panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding services will be provided as well. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, the guest must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
  • Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed for the general introduction of cities and are not included in museum or archaeological site entries. They last a maximum of 1-2 hours, conducted through guided narration either from the vehicle or on foot.
  • Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program are not the agency's responsibility if they cannot be conducted due to closure of the sites by local authorities, road closures on the route due to any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where access is not allowed for vehicles or on closed roads.
  • Guests must report a cancellation or changes in extra tours to the guide at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund status of the requested extra tour will depend on the final decision of the local supplier.
  • Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 10 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be possible or prices may change.
  • The validity of the guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the departure date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guest.
              
  • Guests traveling with a green passport of the Republic of Turkey must renew their passports if the issue date is more than 10 years old, and it is necessary to prevent any problems with the border police of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are visiting. Responsibility for such situations lies with the passenger, and our agency is not responsible in any way.
  • Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered and exited some countries may cause one or more visa issues or inability to cross the border at another country, and this situation is outside of the agency’s control so the acceptance of these conditions by the parties is required.
     
  • The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to grant a visa when deemed necessary. The agency has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The agency only performs the duties of an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, the agency has no sanctions or liabilities. Consumers have registered for the tour accepting these terms.
  • Passengers are required to have a travel and health insurance that begins one day before the tour date and ends the day after the tour date. They must have the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry travel insurance may be penalized by the police of the country in question. In case of penalties due to not having insurance, responsibility lies with the guests.
  • Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, and if traveling with their father, from their mother, and if traveling with a third party, they must obtain consent from both parents. The agency cannot be held responsible for the failure of the tour due to the absence of consent.
     
  • In case the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable.
  • The specified items are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
