IMPORTANT NOTES

• Important points to be considered during the Abu Dhabi tours when visiting the Mosque; Men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, and shorts. It is required to have a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf for mosque visits. Lunch is included in our tour.
• Important points to be considered during our Desert Safari tour; Wear sports and comfortable clothes, bring a cardigan. Avoid heavy meals and excessive drinking before the tour. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints or pregnant guests should inform their guides about their conditions.
• To benefit from advantageous tour package prices in extra tours, payment must be made to the local agent during the tour.
• Extra tours occur with a minimum participation of 20 people. If there is participation below 20, the prices of the tour may change or it may be executed by metro. Our guide can change the days of extra tours provided the content remains the same.
• Extra tour prices may vary depending on regional density or the season. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
• Due to VB processing in our program, or when only category information is provided without specifying names and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour movement.
• In our programs, the guide will be present to greet at the destination approached; the guide service included in the package only covers panoramic city tour and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guide service will also be included. Different guides may assist our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying, before the time given by the guide for pick-up.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund status of the cancelled extra tour may vary depending upon local supplier's final decision.
• During fair, congress, concert, event, sports tournaments etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the indicated kilometers. In this case, BTB Tours will inform two days before the tour movement.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and they are conducted as panoramic tours with guide explanations inside the vehicle without including museum, heritage site entry fees, lasting up to 2-3 hours.
• BTB Tours will not be responsible for not being able to perform the mentioned tours due to local authorities closing places to visit, roads being closed due to any event, or weather conditions making it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot if there are closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed within the means of the condition.
• In our tour programs, the guide will greet at the airport upon arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they stay, before the time given by the guide.
• Hotels mentioned in the program are offered as such. Hotels' availability can vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided; there is no guarantee of the hotel name.
• We recommend that guests do not change large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rates. Old/Worn currency is not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with currency that banks do not accept.
• As purchases of extra tours are conducted in USD at the relevant destination, the USD - EUR parity will be applied equally.
• Our packages are designed for abroad travel, thus the guests' foreign language proficiency is their own responsibility.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The tour program stated at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and obligations outlined below. BTB Tours is not responsible for any complaints arising from the information provided. Our guests are deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
• Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted by the country they are going to and/or the airline may not execute their flights from Turkey. In such a situation, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held liable.
• Passports that are torn, worn, wet, or have similar damage must be renewed to avoid problems with customs police at the borders of the visiting country; if there is a visa requirement for T.C. nationals, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In such case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Passenger passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any hindrance is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• BTB Tours serves as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to deny visa applications it deems necessary. BTB Tours has no responsibility regarding passengers not obtaining visas. BTB Tours only assumes the role of a facilitating agency. In personal visa applications, BTB Tours bears no penalties or responsibilities. Consumers accept these terms by registering for the tour.
• When making visa applications as an intermediary, BTB Tours is not responsible for verifying the correctness of the information on the granted visa. Any errors in the visa that may obstruct the flight are not the responsibility of BTB Tours.
• Guests wishing to make their own visa application should obtain the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally within 1 business day. Guests should schedule their appointments considering this time. Otherwise, BTB Tours will not be responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If a guest received their visa through BTB TOUR’s visa department and this visa service is indicated as an extra service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund excluding any fees paid to consulates for visas and other similar costs, within 1 week after presenting that they have not used the visa by showing their passport. If a guest obtained their visa through their own means or with the help of a different visa intermediary firm and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour for insufficient participation or for other reasons, no refund will be made to the guest.
• The routes may change according to the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and hotels may be substituted with another similar hotel depending on the high season or special periods. The above circumstances have been communicated and the PASSENGER HAS ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
• Triple rooms are subject to availability at the hotels. Extra bed applications are available in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. There is no guarantee of 3 separate beds in triple rooms; it is blocked by the hotel only if suitable room availability exists.
• Child discounts apply only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast offered at the hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as specified in the traveling passport must be communicated and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalty fees from flight ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the guests.
• Guests must have a travel and health insurance valid from one day before the tour date until one day after the tour date, and bring the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests without travel insurance may face fines from local authorities. The responsibility of facing penalties for not carrying travel insurance lies with the guests.
• Due to international diplomatic relations, having entered and exited some countries may complicate obtaining visas or may prevent entry from border crossings, and BTB Tours does not hold responsibility for such situations.
• To provide benefits to the group in terms of economy and time, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour is completed. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests, and our excursion will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are organized for the promotion of the cities. City tours and extra tours may be held on different days as long as the content remains the same, or may not occur due to weather conditions. In such cases, BTB Tours is responsible for offering the best alternatives to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people and may not occur or have price changes if sufficient participation is not achieved.
• Tours that local authorities do not permit to be visited or accessed cannot be executed. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are in a group class, and the round-trip ticket is organized as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be void. In such cases, the airline's rules are applicable.
• Any last-minute delays or gate changes on flights will be displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Passengers should monitor this information. In these situations, or if the flight is missed due to personal reasons, passengers will be responsible for obtaining a new ticket (as per the previous item, if necessary a round-trip ticket). Furthermore, missing the initial group departure may result in partially or completely missing the first day's program; in this case, the responsibility lies with the passenger. In addition, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight, the transfer from the airport to the city or hotel will be the guest's responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so after the tickets have been issued, provided there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the flight seats in our programs are in group class, the desired ticket can only be upgraded to economy class if availability is found, after paying the amount specified by the airline. In this situation, any price difference will be the responsibility of the guests. Group tickets in our programs are issued several days before the tour starts.
• To be able to use your mobile phones abroad, it is necessary to check with your GSM operator in Turkey before leaving whether your line is open for international calls.
• During your travels, please ensure you have all your belongings with you as you depart from transportation and accommodations.
• BTB Tours reserves the right to change the order of the cities in the program, and/or the airline to be flown, without altering the content of the program in case of compelling reasons.
• BTB Tours reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same category.
• BTB Tours is not responsible for any forgotten, lost or stolen items during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 can only apply for visas and travel with their parents (mother, father, or both grandparents). In the event that the flight does not occur due to the family's failure to apply together, or if they are not allowed into the country, BTB Tours cannot be held liable.
• The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
