If these numbers are not reached: A- Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest’s approval) B- They may be conducted in English or Turkish at an additional cost (with the guest’s approval) C- If the guest does not accept the options above, the tour will be canceled and the guest will receive a full refund for the amount paid for that tour. If the discount in the discounted packages is greater than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded. 2- At the time the guest purchases the tour, the necessary reservations are made with local service providers and payments are made. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour: A- If a health problem confirmed by a doctor’s report occurs for the guest and/or the person sharing the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount in the discounted packages is greater than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded. B- Cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure time will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid. If the discount in the discounted packages is greater than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded. C- No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure time. D- A guest who does not show up at the specified meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by their own means at another point. If they do not choose to do so, or if this is not possible due to the nature of the tour, no refund will be made. E- Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, if there is a delay, the guest should contact our authorized staff to learn the vehicle’s arrival time. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, they cannot be considered a reason for cancellation, and if cancellation is requested, no refund will be made. F- During free time and stopovers given during the tour, our authorized staff will inform guests of the departure time. If the guest is late and the tour flow will not be affected, it is up to our staff to wait for a reasonable period or continue. In other cases, the guest may continue the tour by arriving at the next point on their own or return to the hotel on their own. In this case, no refund will be made. 3- OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, staff, and all other services used in our tours are the best based on the price/quality balance and our many years of experience in Egypt; all are certified by the International Tourism Standards and by the authorized Egyptian authorities. In our tours and activities, if there is any incomplete and/or defective service, since the process you spend with us in Egypt is continuously monitored by our company, the issue will be resolved through immediate intervention and/or a partial or full refund will be made depending on the problem. In discounted packages, the discount is deducted from the price and the net paid amount is refunded. However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions depending on local and general circumstances in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest error, delays due to technical failures, and similar situations beyond our control. 4- Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have a health problem, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized staff, learn the conditions of the tour, and decide whether to participate accordingly. 5- Water sports, boat trips, ATV/moto safari, 4x4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel rides, and similar activities carry certain accident risks and may lead to serious injury or even worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse outcomes that may occur. When you participate in such tours and activities, make sure that you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, please ask our authorized staff for information. If you are still unsure, do not complete the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we kindly ask you to strictly follow the warnings of our authorized staff, strictly follow the safety instructions given to you, and wear any safety equipment provided according to the situation. Otherwise, you will be putting both yourself and other participants at risk. 6- In places of religious importance, the responsibility for wearing appropriate clothing lies with the guest. Our company is not responsible for guests being denied entry to such places due to their clothing. 7- Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. Comfortable shoes, clothes, sandals, swimwear, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, a keffiyeh, a shawl, borrowing a towel from the hotel and returning it are entirely the responsibility of our guests. 8- You must inform our guide of food allergies or other allergies, or special dietary needs for health reasons. In such special cases, you should know that we may not always be able to meet your needs. We can only promise to do our best. 9- During your stay in Egypt and on our tours, we strongly recommend that you do not drink tap water or any other beverages, do not eat fruits/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and do not consume unpackaged foods sold openly outside. Because your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting may occur. In this case, our company will assist you in obtaining necessary medical treatment.
