Need to Know
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The prices of optional tours are valid on the date of publication. If, before your tour, costs increase due to supplier price hikes, exchange rate fluctuations, tax changes, entrance fee increases, or similar reasons, these differences will be reflected in our sales prices. In such a case, the new prices shown on the final program sent to you no later than 48 hours before the tour departure date will apply.
1 - You are required to confirm your flight times from our company 48 hours before departure. On some dates, different scheduled flights of Pegasus Airlines may be used. We are not responsible for domestic flight tickets you arrange and purchase yourself without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to domestic flight tickets issued by us.
2 - Our guide and company may make changes to the flow of the tour program as long as the content remains the same.
3 - In Egypt, cancellation and refund of extra services purchased individually or collectively is not possible. If you purchase them together with your package, the cancellation and refund conditions of your package tour will also apply to the extra services. We recommend purchasing a safeguard package insurance policy from your agency in case of problems. Since reservations have been made with service providers and paid for, our company has no other action it can take in this situation. For individual purchases, list prices apply.
4 - Depending on the number of people in the vehicles:
* For groups of 16 or more, a bus is used,
* For groups of 9 to 15, a midibus is used,
* For groups of 8 or fewer, a minibus is used.
5 - The bus and flight routes may be changed without prior notice as long as the content remains the same.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
The services included in your tour package are clearly stated. However, to make this trip even more unique and to do so safely, we recommend that you purchase the extra tours from us as well. Please note that the Turkish and Egyptian individuals who contact you via social media or approach you in Egypt are, in large part, operating tour services without a license and, in order to offer lower prices, disregard your safety and property security. Poorly maintained transfer vehicles, long journeys with only one driver exhausted by fatigue and sleeplessness, boat trips and desert safaris where safety is not a priority, and food produced in unhygienic conditions or even spoiled can lead to irreversible consequences. Our company carries out all extra tours in Egypt with its own offices, its own staff, and managers with more than 30 years of industry experience, prioritizing your safety and property security. You are not obliged to buy these tours from us, but we strongly recommend purchasing them from an established company that meets these conditions.
You may purchase all extra tours individually upon arrival in Egypt, or if you prefer, you may buy them as a group for a more “budget-friendly” option.
Moreover, you may choose one of the payment methods below:
- You can purchase them by paying by credit card through your agency when buying your package tour. In this case, you will have the same cancellation/change rights as the package. (Individually at list prices or, if you prefer, at the campaign prices for group purchase.)
- You can purchase them by paying cash upon arrival in Egypt. (Individually at list prices or, if you prefer, at the campaign prices for group purchase.)
- You can purchase them by using a credit card via mail order upon arrival in Egypt. (Individually at list prices or, if you prefer, at the campaign prices for group purchase.)
