If not: A - Some tours may be conducted in English with staff (with guest approval), B - The tours may be conducted in English or Turkish at an additional cost (with guest approval), C - If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled, and the paid amount for that tour will be refunded without deductions. If the guest wishes to cancel the tour: A - If there is a medical issue with a doctor’s report for the guest or staying in the same room, the paid amount for the tour will be fully refunded. B - Cancellations made up to 25 hours before the departure will receive a 50% refund of paid fee. D - Guests who do not appear at the designated meeting point at the specified time may join the tour at an alternative point at their own expense, but if they choose not to or it's not possible due to tour content, no refund is provided. E - For delays in pick-up due to various reasons, guests should contact our authorized staff to find out the arrival time of the vehicle. Delays do not affect the content or duration of the tour and are not grounds for cancellation or refund. F - During the tour, free times and breaks are announced, and the tour operates as scheduled. If a guest is late, the personnel may wait a reasonable time if the flow is unaffected or continue without them. In such cases, no refund is provided. - Our vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all services used in our tours are of the highest standards based on our long-standing experience in Egypt, are certified by Egyptian authorities, and meet international tourism standards. In case of any missing or defective service, our company continuously monitors your experience and intervenes instantly to resolve the issue or provide partial/full refunds if necessary. The discount from the original price is deducted from the paid amount for discounted packages. However, our company is not responsible for conditions beyond its control, including local and general conditions, traffic, road closures, weather, guest errors, technical delays, etc. - Some tours may involve vigorous physical activities. If you have health issues, we advise consulting our staff to understand the conditions before deciding to participate. - Activities such as water sports, boat trips, ATV/motor safaris, 4x4 jeep safaris, scuba diving, camel rides carry certain risk of accidents, injuries, and possibly more serious issues. Our company is not responsible for any adverse events. Please be aware of these risks, follow staff warnings and instructions carefully, wear provided safety equipment, and act responsibly. Failure to do so may endanger yourself and others. - Visitors are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing in places of religious importance. Our company is not responsible if entry is denied due to attire. - In some tours and activities, you may need special equipment or clothing. The use and rental of comfortable shoes, attire, slippers, swimsuits, snorkel gear, sunscreens, headscarves, scarves, borrowing and returning towels from the hotel are all the guest’s responsibility. - You should inform your guide beforehand of any food allergies or health-related dietary requirements. We will do our best to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee full fulfillment. - During your stay in Egypt and during our tours, it is strongly recommended to avoid drinking tap or other unfiltered water, eating unwashed or unpeeled fruits and vegetables, or consuming unpackaged foods sold outside. Since your immune system may not be accustomed to local conditions, symptoms like fever, diarrhea, nausea may occur.
