DAY 1 ISTANBUL - HURGHADA (Dinner)

Time 23:35 We are departing to Hurghada on flight VF251 operated by Ajet Airlines.
Note: Your hotel reservation starts from this night so you can check into your room upon arrival. Your dinner will be served as a cold plate in your rooms.

DAY 2 HURGHADA (Breakfast, Dinner)
Time 01:15 Arrival. After completing the necessary procedures, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at your hotel.
After breakfast, there is free time for you to rest. Guests who wish can participate in the Full-Day Lunch Included Giftun Island/Coral Bay Boat Tour organized by our guide for an additional fee.

DAY 3 HURGHADA (Breakfast and Dinner) (City Tour Included)
Breakfast, dinner, and accommodation at the hotel. Guests who wish can participate in our optional Glass-Bottom Boat Sea Observation Tour. The Red Sea is one of the seas with the richest underwater life in the world, featuring colorful corals and diverse exotic fish. During this enjoyable trip, you will have the opportunity to observe the magical underwater world from the bottom of our glass-bottom boat. (If you prefer, you can pay an extra charge to do this trip on a SeaScope/Submarine to make it more enjoyable and comfortable.) Guests who wish may also participate in the ATV/Buggy Desert Safari Tour organized by our guide for an additional fee. (Scarf, glasses, and water are not included, and it costs 10 USD per person) Afterward, we will start our Panoramic City Tour (the cost is included in your package). The places we will see include the bustling area of El Dahr District, the attraction center Marina, the famous hotel area Sahl Hasheesh, the most significant religious site of the city Al Mina Mosque, the most important temple of the Christian population Coptic Church, and the Fish Market where fresh seafood fished from the bountiful waters of the Red Sea is sold.

DAY 4 HURGHADA (Breakfast and Dinner)
Breakfast, dinner, and accommodation at the hotel. Guests who wish can participate in the East Luxor and Karnak Temple Tour organized for an additional fee. For this tour, we will leave for Luxor very early after picking up your special breakfast box prepared for you from our hotel. (Approximately 330 km) (Information: With vehicles that are at least 5 years old and safe travel provided by a dual driver on long routes, we ensure a secure journey. We provide various snacks, water, tea, and coffee service, as well as free WIFI internet connection in our vehicle. Your safety and comfort are our priorities.) Upon arrival, we will begin our Panoramic City Tour (the cost is included in your package); we will see Ramesseum, El Qurna, Temple of Amenhotep III, Luxor Temple, Winter Palace, Sphinx Road, Corniche, and the Nile River located on the East bank of Luxor, and our guide will provide information about the mysterious history of the Pharaohs' era that spans thousands of years. Following this, we will conduct a tour of the Karnak Temple, known as the “infinite temple” since every visiting Pharaoh contributed to its construction. (entrance fee is included in the price). We'll take a shopping break at the Alabaster Shop where various souvenirs produced from alabaster, one of Egypt's world-famous natural stones, are sold. Afterwards, you will have free time until the evening. (If you prefer, you can pay an extra fee to participate in the Lunch Included West Luxor Tour.) After the tour, we will transfer back to Hurghada. You can have your meal at the late dinner buffet prepared by your hotel.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the obligation to travel in a convoy when heading to and returning from Luxor, you must pay close attention to the times that will be communicated by our guide. If you are not present at the specified departure time, you may have to go to and from Luxor on your own.

DAY 5 HURGHADA - CAIRO (Breakfast) (City Tour Included)
After breakfast and room check-out, we transfer to Cairo with our private bus. (Approximately 465 km) (Information: With vehicles that are at least 5 years old and safe travel provided by a dual driver on long routes, we ensure a secure journey. We provide various snacks, water, tea, and coffee service, as well as free WIFI internet connection in our vehicle. Your safety and comfort are our priorities.) Upon our arrival, we will conduct a Panoramic City Tour (the cost is included in your package); we will see main places in the city such as Nasr District, Heliopolis District, Unknown Soldier Monument, Anwar Sadat Memorial, Baron Empain Palace, Tahrir Square, Nile River, City Center, Kasr el Nil, and Gezira Island. We will explore this ancient city, which has hosted important cultures and religions throughout history, known for its pyramids. Afterwards, we will give free time in the center. (If you want, you can pay an extra fee to participate in the Khan el Khalili Bazaar and Evening Dinner Cruise with a Show.) After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel and check into the rooms.

DAY 6 CAIRO (Breakfast) (Pyramids, Khafre Valley Temple and Sphinx Tour Included)
After breakfast, we check out of the rooms. We depart for one of the most exciting places of our trip, the Pyramids, Khafre Valley Temple and Sphinx Tour. (entrance fee is included in the price) You will be amazed by the architectural features of the Pyramids, which are one of the seven wonders of the world, surviving to this day, and wonder how they were constructed thousands of years ago with what technology and facilities; you will visit Panorama Hill, Khafre Valley Temple, the Sphinx, the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Menkaure, and the Pyramid of Khafre with our guide. (The ticket to enter the tunnels within the pyramids is not included in the price, and we do not recommend entering them.) At the end of our tour, we will visit a Papyrus Shop to see and learn about the production stages of Papyrus paper, one of the most important products of the Pharaohs' period. Afterward, we will finish our shopping at the Essential Oils and Perfume Shop rooted in the time of Pharaohs. After the tour, there will be free time. Return to the hotel is on your own. Transfer to the airport at the time determined by the guide. (Guests who want may pay an extra fee to participate in the Lunch Included new GEM Tour at the Grand Museum.)

DAY 7 CAIRO - ISTANBUL
Time 04:30 We are departing to Istanbul on flight VF 248 operated by Ajet Airlines.
Time 06:40 Arrival in Istanbul.

1 -You need to confirm your flight times with our company 48 hours prior to departure. In some cases, the scheduled flights of Pegasus Airlines may be used. We have no responsibility for domestic tickets purchased and arranged by yourself without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to domestic tickets issued by us.
2 -Our guide and company may make changes in the tour program flow while keeping the content the same.
3 -In Egypt, cancellation and refund of additional services purchased either individually or collectively is not possible. If you purchase additional services alongside your package, the cancellation and refund conditions of your package tour will also apply to these additional services. We recommend purchasing a protection package insurance policy at your agency against unforeseen situations; as all reservations are made and payments are completed for service providers, there is no other application our company can offer in this case. Please note that many Turkish and Egyptian individuals who contact you via social media or approach you in Egypt are operating without tour service licenses and disregarding your safety in order to offer cheaper prices. Maintenance issues with transfer vehicles, long journeys with a single overworked and sleep-deprived driver, boat trips and desert safaris where safety is not prioritized, meals produced in non-hygienic conditions, and even spoiled food can lead to irreversible consequences. Our company is committed to prioritizing your safety and security with over 30 years of experience and management with their own offices and dedicated staff in Egypt. You are not required to purchase these tours from us, but we strongly advise you to at least buy them from a corporate firm that meets these conditions..

You can purchase all extra tours individually upon arrival in Egypt or you can buy them collectively for a more ‘budget-friendly’ option.

Moreover, you can choose one of the following payment methods:
- You can pay by credit card when purchasing our package tour through your agency. In this case, you will have the same cancellation/change rights as for the package. (You can opt for either the individual list prices or the bundled purchasing campaign prices.)

GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1-In order for the tours to be conducted with a Turkish guide, the minimum number of participants must be reached. If this number is not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the approval of the guest)
B-For a price difference, they may be conducted in English or Turkish (with the approval of the guest)
C-If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled, and the guest will receive a full refund for the amount paid for that tour. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, a refund will be given for the difference.
 2-Once the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if a guest wishes to cancel a purchased tour;
A-If a health issue verified by a doctor's report occurs for themselves and/or the person staying in the same room, a full refund of the amount paid for that tour will be issued. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, a refund will be given for the difference.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the paid fee will be refunded. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, a refund will be given for the difference.
 C-For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure, no refunds will be issued.
D-Guests who are not present at the specified meeting point on time can join the tour by getting to another location on their own. If they choose not to do this or if it is not possible due to the nature of the tour, no refunds will be issued.
E-Some tours may have delays as they pick up guests from different hotels, and in such cases, guests should contact our authorized staff to inquire about the arrival time of the vehicle. Such delays do not affect the itinerary or the duration of the tour; thus, they cannot be considered a reason for cancellation. If a cancellation is requested, no refunds will be issued.
F-During free time and at rest stops during the tour, our authorized personnel will provide necessary information regarding the departure time. If the guest is late and the flow of the tour is unaffected, our personnel can choose to wait a reasonable amount of time or proceed. In cases where the flow is affected, the guest can continue the tour by traveling to the next location on their own or return to the hotel at their own expense. In this situation, no refunds will be issued.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR PROTECTION: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, locations, staff, and all other services used in our tours are based on a balance of price/quality and our many years of experience in Egypt and are certified by the International Tourism Standards as well as the Egyptian Authorities. In case of any shortcomings or faulty services during our tours and activities, as your experience in Egypt with us is continuously monitored by our company, we can intervene instantly to resolve any problems, and/or a partial or full refund can be issued based on the issue. Refunds for discounted packages will be the net amount paid after deducting the discounts.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for any conditions that arise outside of our control, such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, adverse weather conditions, guest errors, or delays due to technical malfunctions.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have any health concerns, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized staff to learn about the conditions of the tour before making your decision to participate.
5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Quad Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel rides, and similar activities can carry certain risks that may lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any negative outcomes. By participating in these types of tours and activities, you must ensure you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, please seek information from our authorized personnel. If you're still unsure, do not proceed with the purchase. When participating in these types of tours and activities, please adhere strictly to the warnings given by our authorized staff, follow all safety measures provided for you, and use the safety equipment provided as necessary. Otherwise, you may be putting yourself and other participants at risk.
6-When visiting places of religious significance, the responsibility for wearing appropriate clothing lies with the guest. Our company is not responsible for guests who are not allowed entry due to clothing reasons.
7-Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. The responsibility for bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, shawls, or borrowing and returning towels from the hotel rests entirely with our guests.
8-You must inform our guide of any food allergies or other allergies, as well as health-related special dietary needs. You should know that we may not always be able to accommodate these special situations. We can only assure you that we will do our best.
9-During your stay in Egypt and on our tours, we strongly advise you not to drink open water or other beverages, eat fruits or vegetables that you are not sure have been thoroughly washed and peeled, or consume unpackaged food sold freely outside. Your body and immune system may not be accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, leading to symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting. In such cases, our company will assist you in obtaining necessary medical intervention; however, related costs will be your responsibility.
