After lunch, we depart from our hotel for our **Glass-Bottom Boat Sea Observation Tour (included in your package price)**. The Red Sea is one of the richest seas in the world in terms of underwater life, with its colorful corals and a wide variety of exotic fish. On this enjoyable tour, you will be able to observe the magical underwater world from our glass-bottom boat. **(If you wish, you may upgrade this tour to a SeaScope/semisubmarine at an extra cost for a more enjoyable and comfortable experience.)** Then we begin our **Panoramic City Tour**; among the places to be seen are the **Peace Memorial, Old City Center, and El Sahaba Mosque**. If this number is not reached: A- Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest’s approval) B- They may be conducted in English or Turkish with a price difference (with the guest’s approval) C- If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled and the fee paid for that tour will be refunded in full. B- For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the paid fee will be refunded. C- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure, no refund will be made. D- A guest who is not present at the designated meeting point at the specified time may join the tour at another point using their own means. If they choose not to do so, or if this is not possible due to the tour content, no refund will be made. E- Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, delays may occur. In such cases, the guest should contact our authorized staff to learn the time when the vehicle will arrive. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, they are not considered a reason for cancellation, and no refund will be made if cancellation is requested. F- During the tour, authorized staff will inform guests of the departure time for free time and rest stops. If the guest is late, the staff may, at their discretion, wait a reasonable amount of time or proceed if the tour flow will not be affected.
