Need to Know
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS: The services included in your tour package are clearly specified. However, to make this trip even more unique and to do it safely, we recommend purchasing optional tours from us. Remember that most of the Turkish and Egyptian individuals who contact you via social media or approach you in Egypt operate without proper licensing and offer lower prices by disregarding your safety and security. Unmaintained transfer vehicles, long journeys made with a single tired and sleep-deprived driver, boat trips and desert safaris where safety is not prioritized, and spoiled or unhygienic food can lead to irreversible health issues. Our company operates with its own offices in Egypt, a dedicated team, and management with over 30 years of industry experience, prioritizing your safety and security in all extra tours and activities. You are not obliged to purchase these tours from us, but we strongly recommend doing so through a reputable, institutional company with conditions that meet these standards. All extra tours can be purchased individually upon arrival in Egypt, or you can buy them as a package for a more “budget-friendly” option. Moreover, you can choose one of the following payment methods: - Pay your package tour with a credit card through your agent. In this case, you will have the same cancellation/alteration rights as the package. (Either at listed prices or discounts available for bulk purchases.) - Pay in cash upon arrival in Egypt. (Either at listed prices or discounted package prices.) - Purchase via mail order upon arrival in Egypt using a credit card. If you have health issues, consult with our staff beforehand to understand the requirements and make an informed decision. 5- Water sports, boat trips, ATV/motor safaris, 4x4 jeep safaris, diving, camel riding, and similar activities carry risks of accidents that may result in serious injuries or worse. Our company is not responsible for any negative outcomes. Always be aware of these risks before participating; ask our staff for details if unsure. Follow all safety instructions and use safety equipment as instructed to avoid risking yourself and others. 6- It is the guest’s responsibility to wear appropriate clothing at places of religious importance. If such symptoms occur, our company will assist with medical treatment, but all associated costs will be borne by the guest. 10- It is highly advisable to get health and travel insurance for your domestic and international journeys.
